Accomodation possibilities
of the
Trusteeship Viennese Youth Residences

The Trusteeship Vienniese Youth Residences offers residences for:
young nationals from the federal states (except those living in Vienna) 
     as well as EU citizens of the same status

up to 27 years of age who

work or undergo training or further training in Vienna (except for studies).

Four youth residences are currently available as accommodation:

Youth residence Atzgersdorf

Youth residence Ober St. Veit 4

Depending on the youth residence, the following accommodation variants are offered:
Variant A: single bedrooms (incl. shower/toilet, kitchenette, approx. 15 m²)
Variant B: one-room studios (incl. entrance area, shower/toilet, kitchenette, from 19 m²)
Variant C: two-room studios (incl. entrance area, shower/toilet, kitchenette, approx. 28 m²)

All units are equipped with SAT-TV - and some units are equipped with broadband Internet connection. Comprehensive general facilities, such as laundry room, sauna, fitnes room, etc. can also be used.

The rent includes all operating costs, consumption costs for electricity, hot and cold water, as well as central heating.

The rent/monthly contributions amount to currently:
   - Variant A: from € 270,-- / deposit: € 300,-
   - Variant B: from € 312,-- / deposit: two monthly rents
   - Variant C: from € 373,-- / deposit: two monthly rents
